Awards season is in full swing, and that brings what is considered the most prestigious awards in film: theOscars. The Oscars have been awarding the best in movies since 1927, and continue to give lauded awards like Best Picture. While the Oscars honor excellence, theGolden Raspberry Awards, or Razzies, honor film inferiority. Since 1981, the Razzies have given awards to the worst in film, including Worst Picture and Worst Actress, but also fun categories like Worst Screen Couple. With such a clear divide between the awards, it might seem impossible for a movie to receive both an Oscar nomination and a Razzie nomination. However, it’s actually happened several times. Here are nine movies that have been nominated for an Oscar and a Razzie.
