Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has come under a lot of fan fire lately. Some entertainment blogs have reported that the movie is in trouble. With a ballooning budget of over $400 million, which includes promotional costs, Warner Bros. is said to be very nervous. Test screenings have not resulted in praise so much as confusion. It was speculated that the movie, if it tanks at the box office, could delay or even completely derail plans for the upcomingJustice League. But last week, DC and Warner Bros. confirmed that the movie, to be directed byZack Snyder, is shooting this April. The director even later tweeted out a photo from the set, standing alongsideAquamanstarJason Momoa.

Following his titanic struggle againstGeneral Zod, Metropolis has been razed to the ground andSupermanis the most controversial figure in the world. While for many he is still an emblem of hope, a growing number of people consider him a threat to humanity, seeking justice for the chaos he has brought to Earth. As far as Bruce Wayne is concerned,Supermanis clearly a danger to society. He fears for the future of the world with such a reckless power left ungoverned, and so he dons his mask and cape to rightSuperman’s wrongs. The rivalry between them is furious, fueled by bitterness and vengeance, and nothing can dissuade them from waging this war. However, a dark new threat arises in the form of a third man: one who has a power greater than either of them to endanger the world and cause total destruction.
