Months after the meme coin debacle that sentHailey Welchinto internet exile, the Hawk Tuah girl is back in the spotlight, and appears to be rubbing elbows with Hollywood superstarGlen Powellfor his newHuluseries,Chad Powers. Welch rose to prominence last year thanks to a video interview that went viral, and she quickly capitalized on her fame by selling merchandise, appearing in public with a ton of celebrities, and starting her own podcast, Talk Tuah. Last December she was accused of performing a pump-and-dump scheme which saw her release a cryptocurrency meme coin that got as high as $500 million before it quickly fell in value, causing many to accuse her of insider trading.

Per TMZ, Welch was spotted on the set ofChad Powers, the new Hulu sports comedy series which stars Powell as Russ Holliday, a disgraced quarterbackwho disguises himself as the titular characterand joins a struggling southern football team to help revive his career. Reshoots took place this past weekend in Los Angeles, and according to the outlet, Welch plays herself in the cameo role, which sees her bump into Powell’s character at a club where he’s “celebrating his draft pick to the XFL.”

Powell is also expected to appear in an untitled project from J.J. Abrams that’s currently in pre-production, and the legal dramaMonsanto, which tells the true story of a groundskeeper who developed cancer after using Roundup, and the young lawyer who takes the case.

Needless to say, Powell is busier than ever these days, and there are even rumors out there that he maystar in a reboot ofThe Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but that has yet to be confirmed. Either way, it’s clear he remains in high demand, and we don’t see that changing any time soon. As for Hailey Welch? Her 15 minutes of fame have already stretched to about 17 minutes, so there’s no telling what the Hawk Tuah girl has in store for us next.
