Cobra Kaiis all about the villains versus heroes storyline. The initial focus was on answering the question of whether Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) was truly the villain ofThe Karate Kidor if it was actually Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio). The story expanded to focus on a new generation of karate kids, many taking the role of a villain through the seasons, like Hawk (Jacob Bertrand), Robby (Tanner Buchanan), and Kenny (Dallas Dupree Young).

Then, the series began to re-introduce other adult villains reprising their roles fromThe Karate Kidfranchise, like John Kreese (Martin Kove), Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith), and Chozen Toguchi (Yuji Okumoto). In the second part of the final sixth season, however, a new villain is introduced, and he could potentially be the worst one yet.

Everything to Remember About Cobra Kai, Season 6, Part 1 Before Part 2 Drops on Netflix

Cobra Kai is back for the second part in its three-part final season. With the Sekai Taikai tournament commencing, there’s a lot to remember.

The Iron Dragons, however, prove to be one of the most formidable dojos in the competition. Their fighters were so confident in the first round, in fact, that despite everyone on their team still remaining in the elimination challenge, all but two bowed out willingly to let their top fighters, Axel Kovacevic (Patrick Luwis) and Zara Malik (Rayna Vallandingham) battle all the remainingCobra Kai memberson their own. It was a bold statement of ego.

There’s a reason for their justified confidence: their Sensei Wolf (Lewis Tan) is as serious, dedicated, determined, and talented as they come. He’s fearless, skilled, and dangerous in more ways than one.But he could also arguably be the biggest villain any of them have come across.

Sensei Wolf’s Backstory, Explained

Sensei Wolf is first introduced during a welcome meet and greet event where Johnny runs into him in the buffet line, and they exchange heated words when Sensei Wolf takes the last piece of steak. From that moment, Johnny doesn’t like him. A quiet rivalry begins, especially when Johnny realizes that he is the sensei of what seems like an unbeatable dojo.

The big twist relating to Sensei Wolf is that he has been secretly working with Silver the whole time, pleasing fans to see that Silver is back. In a flashback episode, fans see Silver burying himself in liquor while watching a cage fight with his business/financial manager. The man urges him to let this go and move on because this fight has already cost him a fortune. But Silver is on a mission to reclaim his reputation. He was left embarrassed and ruined, and he won’t let LaRusso and the others get away with that.

Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 Trailer Pits Miyagi-Do Against Intense New Opponents

Check out the “badass” official trailer for Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 right now.

He approaches Sensei Wolf after the match, where Wolf leaves his opponent gasping for air on the ground and makes a proposition. He knows that Sensei Wolf “got in bed with the wrong people” and lost his dojo. If he agrees to take his team tothe Sekai Taikai, where they have already qualified since they are the defending champions, he will pay off all his debts and sign the dojo back to him. Sensei Wolf doesn’t even bat an eye before agreeing. He loves the idea of not only getting back what he wants versus having to participate in these fights to earn it back.He seemed thrilled at the idea of taking down a foe. Even one he doesn’t even know.

Why Is Sensei Wolf so Dangerous?

Through the series, Sensei Wolf has proven that he is willing to do just about anything to get what he wants. Through Sensei Wolf’s help, Silver learns about Daniel’s desperate search for answers about Mr. Miyagi (Pat Morita) and his participation in the Sekai Taikai tournament so many decades ago. He uses that information to lure Daniel to a remote location and trap him in a cage. What plans they had for him had Daniel not been able to escape are unknown. But they couldn’t have been good.

The aspect of Sensei Wolf that makes him so dangerous, however, is his treatment of Axel. As the dojo’s best fighter, Axel seems highly dedicated to training. But it appears he doesn’t have a choice. As Sam (Mary Mouser) walks by a training room in the hotel one evening, she spots the two and sees Sensei Wolfphysically and mentally abusingAxel. This doesn’t sit well with her.

When she encounters Axel during a night out in Barcelona, she tries to allude to this, but Axel suggests that his sensei simply wants the best for them and works them hard. He brushes off the actions despite his visible bruises and clearly bruised ego. Axel seems so desperate for connection outside of the brutality that he picks up the wrong signals from Sam and tries to kiss her.

The ‘Cobra Kai’ Cast Member With the Most Martial Arts Experience Might Surprise You

Many characters on ‘Cobra Kai’ are proficient in karate, already or after intense training. But how many of the actors actually know martial arts?

Axel’s situation is reminiscent of what Kreese put Johnny through and what Silver put Daniel through when they were his age. But there’s something different about it. Kreese and Silver forced Johnny and Daniel to undergo rigorous, often cruel trainingand inflicted plenty of psychological abuse. But there never seemed to be blatant physical abuse, at least not to that extreme and seemingly consistent level. There were fights, even times like when Daniel was forced to punch a brick until his hands bled. Kreese and Silver admittedly struck both young men at times as well. But there’s something far more menacing about Sensei Wolf’s training style.

With Sensei Wolf, if Axel doesn’t perform a move exactly as he should, the abuse comes fast and furious. Though Axel is likely physically able to defend himself, he never does. He respects his sensei despite how he treats him. The same level of treatment is not seen with the top female student of that dojo, Zara. But fans wonder if this could be happening as well. If so, it would be reminiscent of how Silver and Kim treated Tory, forcing her to punch until her hands bled as Silver did to LaRusso decades before.

Sensei Wolf seems to have nothing to lose and no moral compass. It’s unclear what he did to lose his dojo in the first place, but he obviously commiserates with the wrong types of people. Maybe he is just as dangerous as Kreese and Silver, if not more so. All have shown at this point that they’re willing to kill. But Sensei Wolf matches their negative energy to a tee, and since he’s just getting started, he’s the most dangerous of them all.StreamCobra KaionNetflix.
