Thelatest footagereveals that Jerrica’s (Aubrey Peeples) father was working on a mysterious invention, which he would have shown her when she’s older, had he not passed away. That invention is “Synergy,” a tiny robot that shows her footage of home movies with her dad when she was just a little girl. In the original animated TV series, which ran from 1985 to 1989, Synergy was a computer that projected holograms, and gave Jerrica her “Jem” alter-ego and protected her true identity.
