You would expect for a pro wrestling match between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard impersonators to be over the top, and the footage most certainly is. Both competitors get in some offense with the Heard impersonator even bringing a trash can into the mix, at one point putting Mini Depp inside of it before banging on it with a wet floor sign. Heading to the finish, Mini Depp gets the upper hand and puts Mini Heard away after landing a top rope frog splash. After the match, Mini Camille Vasquez smacks the trash-talking Mini Heard to get another pop from the crowd, and Mini Depp celebrated his win as thePirates of the Caribbeantheme song played.
The finish of the wrestling match is reminiscent of the outcome of the defamation trial involving the real Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Both were suing one another for defamation before the jury ultimately sided heavily with Depp, agreeing that Heard had defamed him with “false and defamatory” allegations of domestic abuse. Depp was found liable for one of three counts of defamation in Heard’s counterclaim due to comments his prior attorney Adam Waldman had made but the verdict was still seen as a big win for Depp with Heard owing $8.35 million in damages.

If you’re looking to see the real Johnny Depp deliver a performance at a live show, you’re in luck if you’ll be in Europe in the summer of 2023. After the defamation trial, Depp announced that he will be going on tour with his band, the Hollywood Vampires, with a UK tour kicking off next year. That followed Depp making some special appearances on stage to perform some songs with Jeff Beck during a few stops at Beck’s own UK tour. The two musicians also announced that they are soon releasing a new album.
Depp will be seen back on the big screen soon enough as well with his name cleared by the trial verdict. It was announced that his next big role will see him starring as French King Louis XV in the French filmmaker Maiwenn’s (Polisse,Mon Roi) next project. There are many fans who hope that Depp will return to thePirates of the Caribbeanseries for one more performance as Captain Jack Sparrow, and while there have been rumors of that possibly happening,Depp’s team recently debunked thoseas being false.
