Paramount+‘supcomingHaloTV series has just released a new teaser clip ahead of its first full trailer reveal during this week’s The Game Awards. The very brief 15-second clip teases all-new footage of what’s to come in the official trailer. The latest teaser was originally revealed by the officialHaloTV series social media accounts across all major platforms, as well as The Game Awards host Geoff Keighley’s Twitter account. This week has already been huge for theHalofranchise, with the highly anticipated release of theHalo Infinite’svideo game campaign happening on Wednesday, December 8. The first official teaser for the upcoming series was aired last month during Xbox‘s 20th-anniversary celebration stream.The first teaser revealed the first look at an unclothed Master Chief as he’s putting on his Mjolnir Mark VI armor.Unfortunately, Master Chief was not shown this time around in the latest teaser, but fans can obviously expect to see more footage of Spartan 117 in the upcoming full-length trailer.

Halois an upcoming American live-action military science fiction television series based on the video game franchise of the same name. The current synopsis for the series reveals that it will follow “an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant.Halowill weave deeply drawn personal stories with action, adventure, and a richly imagined vision of the future.” TheHaloseries will star Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief Petty Officer John-117, Natascha McElhone as Dr. Catherine Halsey (a scientist for the UNSC, and creator of the Spartan-II Project), Yerin Ha as Kwan Ha, Charlie Murphy as Makee, Shabana Azmi as Admiral Margaret Parangosky (Director of ONI), Bokeem Woodbine as Soren-066, Olive Gray as Miranda Keyes, Kate Kennedy as Kai-125, Natasha Culzac as Riz-028, Bentley Kalu as Vannal-134, Danny Sapani as Captain Jacob Keyes, and Jen Taylor as Cortana (an artificial intelligence AI construct).

It has been confirmed thatHalowon’t be the only live-action project showcased during this week’s The Game Awards. Apparently, there will also be a brand new preview for the upcomingThe Matrix Resurrections, as well as a reveal forThe Matrix Awakenson PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Both Sega and host Geoff Keighley have hinted about something Sonic-related happening during the show, which could hopefully be a trailer for the upcomingSonic the Hedgehog 2. The Game Awards will take place this Thursday, December 9 @ 4:30 pm PT/7:30 pm ET.

With no announcement of an exact release date, it has been recently confirmed thatHalowill premiere on Paramount+ sometime in 2022. The upcoming television series will consist of a total of 9 episodes with roughly 50-60 minute runtimes. Currently,Halohas an estimated budget of $200 million, with episodes being directed by Otto Bathurst, Jonathan Liebesman, M.J. Bassett, Roel Reine, and Jet Wilkinson. There are reportedly already talks for a second season, but the series has not been given a green light as of yet.
