Warner Bros. Entertainment has announced thatShazam! Fury of the Godswill be available on early Premium Digital Ownership from April 7th. PerComicBook, the movie, which premiered in theaters on March 17th, will be available to own for $24.99 and rent for a 48-hour period for $19.99 on participating digital platforms. For fans who prefer physical copies, the 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD versions will be released on May 23rd.
InShazam! Fury of the Gods, we see Billy Batson (Asher Angel) and his alter ego, the superhero Shazam (Zachary Levi), teaming up with his fellow superhero siblings to battle against the daughter of Atlas and other formidable foes. The 4K release will feature audio commentary from director David F. Sandberg. The Premium Digital Ownership and Blu-ray versions of the movie will contain a range of special features. Let’s Make a Sequel”, “The Rock of Eternity: Decked Out”, “The Shazamily Reunion”, “The Zac Effect”, “The Sisterhood of the Daughters of Atlas”, and “The Mythology of Shazam!”. These featurettes explore different aspects of the movie, from the mythology behind the characters to the making of the movie itself.
