Speaking on The John Campea Show, the eponymous host gave a juxtaposing report about the first reactions toSuperman’s test screenings. “I will come out and say the exact opposite,” Campea said in reference to Sneider’s report. “I’ve heard [Superman’s] tremendously good.”

Both reports should be viewed as speculative, as neither of their sources have been confirmed to have been a part ofSuperman’s test screenings…or even real. ‘Superman’s Reshoots Explained
Both opposing reports aboutSuperman’s test screenings may be questionable, but one definite fact has come out of the process:Supermanwill be going back for some minor reshoots. This was revealed byJames Gunn himself during a recent DC Studios press conference.“We’ve done real screenings,” the director confirmed. “Definitely learning stuff all the time, definitely editing and making little changes.”
The term “reshoot” has become a buzzword that causes panic in the hearts of fans. But, James Gunn reassured the DC fan base thatSuperman’s reshoots will only be minor details, with the actor citing some fight scenes as his main cause for concern. “‘You know what? I wish I had a shot that fist hitting that,'” Gunn said as one example.
