Specifically, Sweeney was questioned on whether she’d come back for another Spidey adventure if the actress could share scenes with herEuphoriaco-star,Zendaya. Sweeney said in her interview withComicBook.com:

Oh, my God, yeah. That’d be so cool.

Sydney Sweeney’s Immaculate ‘Final Girl’

In addition to portraying the unblemished nun, Cecilia, in what MovieWeb’s own review deems to be"one hell of a blood-soakedSister Act,“Sydney Sweeney is also serving as a producer on Neon’s horror film,Immaculate. This follows Sweeney’s roles producing and starring inAnyone but You, and her establishment of the production company, Fifty-Fifty Films, with Jonathan Davino.

Believe it or not, Sweeney was actually interested in starring inImmaculatewhen the project first came to her a decade ago. Sweeney talked about her reaction to the material while doing her current press tour. Sweeney said in an interview withMoviefone:

“My first reaction… I was quite young, I was 16. And I was so enthralled with the character’s journey. She was such an unexpected ‘Final Girl’ almost, where you don’t know what’s going to happen. It’s an unexpected turn, she’s scared, she’s quiet, and then she finds this inner strength that she completely loses it.”

Immaculate’s Rotten Tomatoes Score Debut Beats Sydney Sweeney’s Hit Rom-Com

Sydney Sweeney’s horror film Immaculate premiered at SXSW & its debut Rotten Tomatoes score beats her rom-com hit Anyone But You.

Sweeney continued:

“It’s so fun as an actor. So, seeing a character in a horror genre be able to have such a cool arc, I was really intrigued by it. Then, I also love horror films. I grew up watching them with my dad. So, I felt like this one was just unique and cool. I love that a lot of the elements also were fear of reality, which I thought was interesting.”

Sweeney also revealed on her press tour thatEuphoriaSeason 3begins filming soon, andImmaculateopens in theaters on March 22.
